Two new Directors for CBP

As a result of increased business pressures, CBP Board members Joe Tersigni and Cairine Wilson have recently stepped down from their positions. At its January Board meeting, new directors Ellen Kral, Publisher, Kenilworth Media Inc. and Mike Fredericks, President and CEO of Annex Publishing and Printing, Inc. were appointed to complete the terms of the Board members who resigned.
