On June 30, Canada Post announced in the Canada Gazette, Part I, proposed price changes to lettermail, that if approved, would come into effect on January 14, 2008. Commercial customers having been receiving letters since July 5, 2007 reflecting all price and service changes effective January 14, 2008. The Overview of Changes (PDF), which accompany the letters, only include the service changes that are applicable to the customer's agreement.
